King's College School Wimbledon

King's College School, Wimbledon, is an independent day school. Founded in 1829 by royal charter, it is a school of over 1400 pupils and is one of the most academically successful schools in the world. King's College School, Wimbledon, is consistently among the very top schools in national league tables.

Outstanding Results

Over 300 boys and girls have won places at Oxford or Cambridge in the last six years, with over 90% of students achieving their first-choice university offer. In 2018, 51% of all sixth form grades were A* at A level or 7 at IB Higher Level and 82% of all GCSEs were graded A* or 9/8.

A Path to the World's Best Universities

Around 25% of all sixth form students gain places at Oxford or Cambridge each year, with students also going on to attend some of the best universities in America such as Harvard, Stanford and Yale.

The King's junior school is equally sought-after for its combination of superb academic teaching, pastoral care, sport and activities. Drama and music in both the junior and senior schools are among the best in the UK, and the junior school has an impressive record of top positions in national sporting and academic competitions. Awards

In November 2017, King's was awarded the title of The Sunday Times London Independent Secondary School of the year for 2017/18. Alastair McCall, Editor of The Sunday Times Parent Power, wrote: "King's is the embodiment of everything you could want in a school. "This comes three years after King's won the title of The Sunday Times Independent School of the Year, whilst the school has also won 'IB School of the Year' and 'Best for IB' twice from The Sunday Times and The Week respectively. The Good Schools Guide Review (2017) states that King's is: "Intellectually exhilarating yet principled, this is selective education at its very best... a real golden ticket."

King's College International School Bangkok

King's Bangkok was founded in 2018 with a vision of establishing an outstanding school in Bangkok which is a King's College School Wimbledon International School. A founding team chaired by Professor Dr. Sakorn Suksriwong, joining forces with Saha Group, reached an agreement with King's College School, Wimbledon, to build a school for pre-nursery to Year 13 in the Ratchada-Rama 3 area on 27th September 2018

Construction began on 16th March 2019 when the Foundation Stone was laid by the Venerable Phra Dhammamongkolyan at the site of the campus which will have over 41,000 square metres of facilities, including a bespoke Early Years Centre and Olympic-sized swimming pool.
