King’s College International School Bangkok accepts applications on a year-round basis and entry can be for term 1, term 2 or term 3. However, we have opened our admissions from 30th June to 31st August 2019 for early applications for entry in August 2020.
The testing for children in this first round of applications will take place throughout September and October 2019.
Applicants beyond this date will be assessed at regular intervals from 5th October onwards.
Once you have completed the registration of interest, you will get a welcome message from us. You will then need to complete the application form online. You will be able to complete this by using the same email address you used for the registration of interest, to log in to our online portal here. Once we have received your child’s application, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient assessment date. Shortly following the assessment we will contact your family to confirm the outcome of the assessment.
If successful, your family will receive an official letter of offer for your child, along with a date by which you need to accept the place offered and the date for payment of the registration fee.
If your child has been unsuccessful in his or her assessment, we will let you know via telephone.
If your child has been successful but we need to place her or him on a wait list, we will also inform you via telephone and email. Parents of children who are placed on the wait list will need to pay a wait list fee of Baht 225,000 to confirm their interest in securing a space once one becomes available. If no space becomes available, families are able to either receive a refund or choose to remain on the wait list for a further twelve months or until such time that a space is available.
